Greg Westlake is one of Team Canada’s veterans, and the long-time captain of the Canadian Para ice hockey team (2010-2019). In 2018, he helped Canada to the silver medal at the PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Winter Games. He scored three goals and added five assists in five games as Canada lost 2-1 in overtime to the U.S. in the gold medal game. Greg Westlake is currently competing at the 2022 Winter Olympics.
He is headed to his fifth Paralympic Games in Beijing in 2022. In addition to the silver won in 2018, Westlake won gold in his Games debut in 2006 and added bronze in 2014. He is also a nine-time world championship team member with three world titles (2008, 2013, 2017)
